Covid Policy
First things first CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement! I’m so happy and excited that you’ve chosen to come to Lavelle Bridal Couture to find your dream wedding dress. We’re going to have THE best time in our appointment together in the search for your wedding dress.
You will, as always, be the only bride in the boutique at any one time and of course have my undivided attention.
I’ve had to make a couple of changes to how I now run appointments to make sure that you, your star guest and myself are kept as safe as possible. I’ve taken a lot of time to make sure your bridal appointment as safe as possible.
So here’s all the important stuff that you need to know about:

The boutique is by appointment only – please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Make sure you arrive on time. Not too late, and not too early.

PLEASE DO NOT come to your appointment if you’re feeling unwell.

You can bring up to 2 people with you to your appointment.

No children are permitted in the boutique.

I operate a locked door policy, please ring the bell and I’ll be with you ASAP.

Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the boutique.

Please make sure that you bring a face mask with you, we'll need it in the changing room together when we're up close and personal.

For fitting appointments, facemasks are to be worn throughout the appointment. We are often seeing many brides back-to-back some of whom are collecting their dress before their big day so I ask that you please respect this request in order to keep germs away from everyone.
